The firm’s president since 1992 and an accomplished investment banker with more than 30 years’ experience, Rich Harvey specializes in providing expert strategic and financial advice to middle market companies. Having advised on more than 200 transactions over the course of his career, Mr. Harvey has developed a deep understanding of the unique market dynamics and financing challenges facing public, private, and family-owned businesses. Prior to joining Stonebridge Associates, Rich managed Lehman Brothers’ investment banking activities in New England. An experienced industry speaker and expert witness, he serves as director on the boards of Nabi Biopharmaceuticals and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, an affiliate of The Hershey Company. Rich is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar and the recipient of the Charles and Lillian Leach Award for Excellence in Finance.
